Documentation of Assembly:
To combat the complex issues COVID19 has created Charlotte Flaherty and Violet Leonard set up our exhibition in a room at Violet’s house, and documented the exhibition with film and photographs. We uploaded a ‘point-of-view’ walkthrough film allowing viewers to experience our work in a more impactful way. These circumstances provided great challenges for us but we feel that we completed and presented our work in an impactful way, despite our inability to provide a fully immersive and sensory experience.
Documentation of Timelapse:
After the exhibition date, in order to further our attempts in recreating the experience of seeing the exhibition in person, to the best of our ability, Charlotte took home the melting sculptural element and set up a timelapse rig. This was done to draw a unique focus to this performative/active sculptural art section of our exhibition and further highlight it's importance to our overall theme. The resulting video can be found on the exhibition page, 'The Project', under its respective subtitle, along with the rest of our exhibition content.
